IMS Photoelectric frame sensor is widely used in the packaging industry for small part counting.
It counts every part that falls through the optical sensing area with fast response time(less than 1/1000 second). IMS photoelectric frame sensor has the following advantages:
High Resolution: can detect object as small as1.5mm diameter.
Versatile: suitable for both metal and non-metal parts, transparent or non-transparent part
Rapid Response: response time less than 1/1000 second.
High reliability: Infra red through beam technology, highly reliable.
Anti-dust: ALARM will be given when the light received by the receiver was reduced to a pre-set level by contamination such as dust while the sensor is still in working status.

In 2010, Intelligent Micro System was started by students who were selected for the Innovative Talent Promotion Plan by the Ministry of Science and Technology and National Talent Project. We hold specialization in developing sensors and sensor-specific chips. We use CMOS integrated sensors/sensor ASICs that can program the sensors through the SPI/one wire communication and help in attaining the sensor correction and temperature compensation. We develop chips by automotive grade 0 foundries that are capable of working in the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C to make us capable of meeting the requirements of the automotive industry.
