BCD Series Multifunction Cookies Machine is a kind of forming machine which can produce many kinds of unique design one color or two color cookies, snacks, cakes etc..

The machine is consists of two main parts which is Mould and machine body. The frequency inverter with motor is equipped in the machine for speed adjusting. There are two forming functions which is 0-380 degree revolving function and wire cutting function. With gap rotating material feeding roller, the material is extruded through different rotational moulds and wire cut moulds into different clear pattern crispy cookies.
The semi-finished product will be placed automatic to the canvas belt, directly moved to tunnel oven or manually to hot-air rotary rack oven with PTFE coated trays for baking.
