We offer 100 mm channel soldier, wallform panel / shuttering plate, which are highly durable and have excellent moisture resistance capability. These Conventional Wallform Shuttering are available in different shapes and sizes as per the requirement of the client.

This consists of wallform panels made out of 12 gauge Sheet and M.S. Angel/Flat Frame, channel/ Heavy Duty Soldiers, Tubular/Channel walers & accessories. Panels supplied in 1.25m & Soldiers in 2.5m heights. For curved walls flexible panes are used, and heavy duty soldiers to be used in place of channel soldiers for single sided shuttering.
This comprises standard panels manufactured out of 12 gauge ms sheets with slotted 45 x45 mm angle / ms flat and stiffener, channel or heavy duty soldiers, tubes or channel walers. All these components are assembled together by four types of clips of unique design. Soldier supplied in 2. 5 m and panel in 1. 25 m height. For high pour concerting, special solders in 3. 5 m & 5 m also supplied. four curved walls flexible panels used instead of wallform panels. For single sided Conventional Shuttering heavy duty solders used instead of channel soldiers and double loops used instead of wall ties.
