The polyurethane sandwich panel line is used for continuously production of polyurethane composite roof panel, wall panel, cold room panel, fire proofing insulation panel, etc. The face panel can be color steel tile, non-woven fabrics, cement motor, kraft paper or aluminum sheet.

Production Principle:
1. Polyurethane foam raw material polyol and isocyanate transferred to the mixing head by metering pump according to the required ratio, and poured into the bottom panel after evenly mixed.
2. The pu core and the bottom panel transferred to the laminating machine for composition.
3. The material foam and cure between the upper and lower laminating machine chain panels.
4. The two sides of composited sandwich panel sheared in the line.
5. And finally cutted into required length by cutting machine.
