The microwave cooked shrimp and shrimp shell are separated, and the microwave has a puffing effect when dried, so that the shrimp meat is fluffy and the mouthfeel is remarkable. However, the disadvantage is that after the large water content enters the microwave box, the temperature rise of the microwave heating is rapid due to the large water content, and the protein inside the shrimp is more likely to explode, which pollutes the appearance and color of the shrimp. Now the hot air and microwave combined drying method developed by our company has successfully solved this problem. When the fresh shrimp is dry, it first enters the preheating section of the hot air to remove some of the water, and then uses the microwave to puff dry, to achieve the customer satisfaction effect.
