For-Bro make Continuous Band sealer Model CBS-30/CBS-30J is one of the specially designed sealing machine for industries where sealing machines are expected to seal thick bags, handle heavy load on conveyor belts, continuous operations for long hours etc are required. These sealers are widely used in various industries like food processing, chemicals, Pharmaceuticals,Pesticides and salt industries where product pack-sizes are normally large starting from 500gms to 5Kg.
The hot Gripper belts carry the pouch and cause localize melting of pouch material. and subsequent sealing by metallic and rubber pressure roller.
The pouch carrying conveyor and gripper belts are driven by common drive resulting in synchronous movements of pouches.
