Combi Control The CombiControl 930 is a control panel into which the controls of the various loading and unloading systems such as the PoweRamp dock leveller, PowerShelter dock shelter and PowerDoor industrial door have been integrated.Due to the modular concept the CombiControl 930 can easily be extended with various options to increase the safety on and near the loading and unloading station.Standard specificationsThe protection class of the CombiControl 930 is IP 54.The CombiControl is equipped with a main switch including a padlock safety system as a standard. In case of emergency the power to all devices connected to the CombiControl can be switched off by means of one single action. The padlock safety system can also be used to lock the CombiControl in order to prevent unauthorised use.As a standard the CombiControl is suitable for a 3- phase network where the voltage between the phases is 400V. Furthermore a neutral conductor as well as earthing is required. Such a 3-phase network may be referred to as 3 N E 400V AC.The possibility however exists to connect the Combi Control to other common networks, such as:3 N E 230V1 N E 230VStandardsThe CombiControl 930 complies with all relevant European standards and is CE marked. Quality and safety are fully compliant with the valid standards. Automatic sequence controlThe automatic sequence control may prevent damage to and secure optimal usage of the loading and unloading systems:Automatic sequence control PoweRamp / PowerDoor The PoweRamp dock leveller is released as soon as the PowerDoor industrial door is fully opened. This way damage to the products due to incorrect operation is prevented.Automatic sequence control PowerShelter / PowerDoor The PowerDoor industrial door can be opened as soon as the PowerShelter inflatable dock shelter has been activated. The use of the inflatable dock shelter is guaranteed thus preventing draught and cold air in the building.Automatic sequence control PoweRamp / PowerShelter / PowerDoor The PowerDoor industrial door can be opened as soon as the PowerShelter inflatable dock shelter has been activated. As soon as the industrial door is in a complete open position the PoweRamp dock leveller can be activated. This way damage to the products due to incorrect use is prevented as also draught and cold air in the building.Combination with other loading and unloading systemsTraffic lights and warning lights The CombiControl can be provided with Traffic lights in combination with a warning light in order to increase the safety within the vicinity of the dock. As soon as the loading and unloading system is activated the traffic light outside the building shall switch from green to red (not safe to depart) and the warning light on the CombiControl inside the building shall switch from red to green. As soon as the loading and unloading has been completed and the loading / unloading system has returned to the rest position the external traffic light shall switch from red to green and the warning light on the CombiControl shall switch from green to red (not safe to load and unload).Dock lightsDock lights increase the view on the loading and unloading station. As soon as PoweRamp dock leveller is activated the dock light switches on.Vehicle detection sensorBy means of a vehicle detection sensor or a wheel chock including a sensor/switch, the vehicle detection sensor detects the presence of a vehicle in front of the loading and unloading system. Operating the products in accordance with the automatic sequence control can be initiated only after a vehicle has been detected.AlarmThe CombiControl 930 can be provided with an internal acoustic alarm in combination with the vehicle detection sensor.
