Model Rotetor (3 axis Pneumatically operated PC based CNC marking machine):

The machine comes along with a standard 3-jaw chuck. However it can be easily replaced by a pneumatic chuck, Collet chuck or Hydraulic clamping system for production requirements. The chuck size is 80 mm standard with a job of 10, 20, 40, 60 & 80 kg. models

Marking Possibilities - Marking Area - 100mm x 100mm x 360 deg.; Daylight - 300 mm; Available Fonts - Continuous / Dot Matrix; Character height - 0.50 to 99.9 mm in steps of 0.1 mm; Marks Date Codes, Serial Numbers, Lot Numbers, Shift Codes, Logos etc. Output of Barcode Scanner can be marked directly.

Marks on all metals & ductile non-metals with a solid Tungsten Carbide tool having hardness of 75 RC.

Software Features - Operates to Windows standards, Pull Down Menus, Hot Keys, Toolbar & Status-bar, Unlimited Storage of designs, User-friendly interface, Graphic display (What you see is what you get) & Physical JOG to locate marking position.
