Initially coarse grinding is done with a screen size of 2 -2.5 mm.
Subsequently the screen needs to be changed to a finer grade of 1 to 1-5 mm for fine grinding.
It is driven with a 10 H.P. 3-Phase motor and machine has Easy & trouble free operation.
2)Two Stage Spice Grinding Mill
This complete system ensures retention of the properties of spices such as color, aroma, taste etc. also the system is dust free. The spice grinding mill comprises of Hammer mill, Pneumatic conveying system, Blower & dust collector, & Rotary airlock valve.
"Spice" by its nature has to be ground in two stages. In this system the first stage does the coarse grinding and the material is conveyed to the second stage by a conveyor and the fine grinding is done in the second stage and the final finished product is bagged off.
