Our ceramic bulk fiber is made from highly pure alumina, silica and zircon sand. The ceramic mixture is then heated in an electric furnace to temperatures in excess of 2000A C and the stream of molten material is drawn into fibers spinning. It contains fibers each having uniform length and thickness. Bulk fiber is manufactured to be used as feedstock in manufacturing processes or other applications where product consistency is critical.
