Technical Data 

The exigencies of the plastic field of working with advance high productivity technical systems, with newly composed raw materials, required plant to work under higher working temperatures and bigger heating quantity.

Ceramic Band Heaters design consist of a helically wound resistance coil made from 80/20 nichrome wire, evenly stretched and precisely strung through a specially designed ceramic insulating bricks forming a flexible heating mat. The ceramic heating mat along with ceramic fiber insulation is placed on a stainless steel housing made with serrated edges providing maximum flexibility for easy installation.

Spiral Resistive Winding by nickel chrome 80/20 wire wide sectioned with resultant low level specific load.

Insulation in high purity ceramic (STEATED) with high mechanical resistance, to the thermal shocks, and high dielectric strength.

Steel Terminal Box for high temperature working.

Protection by ceramic fiber.

Casing by stainless steel / M.S. Sheet.

Feeding Cable with pure nickel leads for high temperature working or nickel-plated copper. Insulation by fibre glass-teflon. External metallic braiding.
