Shrey Ceramics manufactures Ceramic Filter for filtering molten metals upto 1450 C. These Ceramic Filter were being imported over the years. Shrey ceramics offers indigenous technology to manufacture these ceramic filters in India. These filters are manufactured by latest state of art technology backed by quality of ceramic compositions to suit your molten metal filtration.
Metals which can be filtered include Cast iron, G I, Copper, Aluminium, Alloys etc.
The inclusions/impurities in the molten metal are mechanically removed by the filter wall of the honey-comb and the pure metal flows through the filter on to the casting moulds.
Available in sizes : SQUARE TYPE 40X40mm, 50X50mm, 60x60mm, 70x70mm etc.
ROUND TYPE Dia 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm etc
RECTANGULAR TYPE: As per size
PORE SIZE : 100 MESH, 200 MESH 300 MESH.
