The hardware of the laser marking positioning system is mainly composed of the hardware trigger equipment, optical system, camera, acquisition card, industrial personal computer and marking equipment, etc; the software is primarily responsible for collecting, disposal and analysing the work-piece image of the production line timely, and sending the disposal result to the marking equipment in real time, and finally, the marking is finished by the marking equipment, which mainly includes the operations of marking file management, camera control, image standardization, window adjustment and real-time positioning, etc.

The basic work flow of the system is: the hardware trigger device enters into the camera collecting signal, and then transfers the signal to the software system immediately; after the software collects the signal, it controls the camera to capture the frame image, and after that, it makes calibration and positioning on the image, and then sends the positioning result to the marking equipment, according to the accepted information, the marking equipment finishes the marking of work piece.

Technical Performances:
The real-time communication consumption between the system and hardware triggering equipment and the marking equipment is controlled within 2ms.
