Theory of Operation :- Continuous capacitance measurement between two capacitor electrodes (usually a single electrode and the vessel wall) is based on rise and fall of material in vessel. If the material in the vessel has a constant dielectric value, and the distance between electrodes (probe and side wall) is uniform and fixed, the only variable is the level of material.
