Aversion Therapy

We are engaged in manufacturing, distributing, supplying and trading of Aversion Therapy in Yamunanagar, Haryana, India.

It produces adjustable painful stimulus due to which the response of irritation occurring to sight/smell/taste of addictive is produced. It is a 15 days indoor treatment where repeated pairing of electrical stimulus is applied to the addictive in order to make him avert from sight/smell & taste of alcohol.

The valcro tape electrode (whose big socket is in back side) is easily fixed either on arm or leg. Adjust the intensity with the control to a level which is unpleasant but not very painful to the subject. Start from minimum & then go on increasing the intensity & test the unpleasant stimulus.

The addictive is applied the aversive stimulation while looking at or starting to drink & while taking a sip of the alcohol. The stimulus is applied for the short time only say in milli seconds. The light indicator glows as & when treat switch is pressed. The small EP socket on front panel named REMOTE is for the remote switch to be pressed to apply stimulus.

To apply the stimulus remote control switch should be used so that subject should not be able to analyze the operatori? s activities. Thus repeating treatments condition the mind to think that ,doing the bad habit, will hurt him.

The instrument can be made more successful if it is supplemented by more adaptive measures, counseling & family support.
