Its Operation are:
Nozzle goes upwards slowly from the certain level of bottle towards neck during filling to minimize foaming. The filling pump synchronized with conveyor drive and conveyor drive controlled by AC frequency drive for the twin track. This helps in reducing the travel time and hence increase the throughput. The speed can be set in terms of bottles per minute. The conveyor drive consists of a hallow shaft, geared motor controlled by AC frequency drive. A knob is provided to set the desired speed of conveyor.
