Tegola Super Seal (P)-25 is suitable for: i,* Underlay for pitched roofs with shingles i,* Basement raft and unconfined retaining walls i,* Sunken slabs i,* Concrete foundations & isolated footings i,* Inverted roofs and terraces i,* Podiums and parking decks i,* Bridges, viaducts, and subways i,* Metro tunnels i,* Water retaining structures (externally).

Used for waterproofing of low sloped roofs, basements, retaining walls, and concrete gutters

Prepared surfaces shall be primed using Tegola Primer (S)-25 @ 0.2-0.3 Ltr/sqm, depending on substrate. i,* Allow the applied primer to dry. After applied bituminous primer is dry, membrane rolls are spread over entire area for alignment with recommended overlaps. Allow the membrane to remain for 15-20 minutes to relieve stresses. Reroll membrane sheet from both sides towards the center without disturbing the alignment. i,* Maintain side overlaps of 100 mm. Maintain end overlaps of 150 mm. Membrane shall be installed from the lowest point of the slope and progress to the highest point. Maintaining membrane previous alignment, start unrolling the membrane and simultaneously torch primed substrate and underside of the membrane. i,* When the underside heating of the membrane exposes shiny bitumen surface, roll forward the membrane and press firmly from above against the substrate to obtain superior bonding. i,* Maintaining the side and end overlaps, a thin bead of bitumen produced during torching at the seams should be smoothened out with a round
