BAROMETER (Use inner dial)
WEATHER FORECAST (Use outer dial): Set the "O" mark of the weather forecast dial to the needle point. After a few hours, if the needle point has moved towards the sun mark, the weather is getting better. If it has moved towards the cloud mark, the weather is getting worse.
