Air curtains primarily consist of an inlet, an outlet, radial flow fans, motor capacitor, bearings and fasteners. The inlet is very specifically created to ensure minimal loss on suction stress drops. The outlet has an opening of three inches that allow immediate and maximum airflow. The Fiberglass radial flow fans improve the effectiveness of air curtains as they are rigid, anti corrosive and maintenance cost free. This fan maintains a consistent output speed of oxygen at a low-level energy intake. The motor capacitor is specially designed to use in Air flow curtains together with zero sound level. The bearings use Neoprene rubber dampeners to reduce vibration along with noise.
