The ADXL345 is a small, thin, low-power 3-axis accelerometer with high resolution (13),
Measuring range up to A 16g.
The digital output data is 16-bit two's compliment format, through the SPI (3-wire or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface.

ADXL345 is well suited for mobile device applications.
It can be measured in tilt-sensing applications, static acceleration of gravity, you can also measure the motion or shock caused by dynamic acceleration.
Its high resolution (4 mg / LSB), capable of measuring less than 1.0A tilt angle.

The device offers a variety of special detection.
Active & inactive motion detection function detects whether the occurrence and acceleration on any axis exceeds a user-set limits.
Tap sensing detects and double-click action.
Free fall Detection function detects the device is falling.
These functions can be mapped to two interrupt output pin in one.
The patent-pending 32 FIFO (FIFO) buffer can be used to store data to minimize host processor intervention.
