Cellzyme SS is an acid-stable enzyme, which acts on denim to aggravate the abrasions on indigo denim / dyed garments to give an excellent contrast effect. Cellzyme SS gives a quick stone wash effect, abrasion, surface polishing, and permanent softness on denim and dyed garments. Cellzyme SS also reduces the amount of pumice stone necessary; thereby decreasing waste and associated water treatment costs.

APPLICATION DETAILS: Desize garments with Desizer 9000, and adjust the pH of the bath to 4.5 ~ 5.5. Maintain Liquor ratio in the region of 1: 10 and temperature between 50 ~ 550C. Use abrasion times of 25 ~ 60 minutes and application ratios of 0.6 ~ 1.0% (OWG), depending on effects warranted and conditions of use. Over-dyed denim garments can also be treated with Cellzyme SS.
