GL-EOC14U-74 coaxial cable network unit is an EOC Slave based on Qualcomm Atheros 7411 solution, which can be networking with 7410 EOC Master. They can reach the maximum Physical rate of 500Mbps and build Layer-2Ethernet transmit network through cable television coaxial cable and mean while have no influence on the pre-existing CATV signal transmit.

GL-EOC14U-74 provides four 100M full-duplex Ethernet interface that can be simultaneously connected to terminals such as computer,set-top box of digital television, IP phone, etc. It supports QoS set up and can provide corresponding transmit guarantee of priority level for data stream of different service types. It supports bandwidth control. Maximum Uplink bandwidth of every EOC14U-74 can beset up in order to prevent the attack to the whole coaxial transmit networkwhen devices of other customer premises network go wrong or artificial attackhappens. Encrypted transmit is also available to satisfy the service need ofhigh reliability.

GL-EOC14U-74 and EOC Master networking completely meets the requirement of Triple-play (integrating three networks into one) of broadcasting and television system. EOC14U occupies Low Frequency Band under 65MHz and has no collision with the current CATV system frequency which can decrease mutual interference.

GL-EOC14UN-74 adds the function of 802.11n WIFI Routerto the foundation of EOC14U-74 for convenient home network coverage. Other specifications are the same.
