Journey So Far

1984	Since the foundation of the company, it has been providing various standard quality equipment including Printing PVC Bags, Perfect Converters, etc., to the customers.
1988	The company started designing 12mm cross-corrugated double edge folded PVC Fill Media.
1994 to 1998	In Daman, over 8000 sq. ft., of land facility was set-up. The company also expanded its product range by including extruder to the existing list. During these years, they introduced the first nationally developed blade type drift eliminator of India, the CD100. The company also created another cross corrugated film media of 19mm length. Gas Authority of India, Guna was additionally upgraded with the drift eliminator, 19mm fills, nozzles etc.
2000-2004	For in-house production of PVC sheets a calendering line was added as well as a spacious modernized factory along with a fully equipped in-house test laboratory. Boomerang type tube settler media was designed for water/waste-water clarification. A chevron-shaped tube settler media to the manufacturing stable was included. Fluidized Aeration Bed (FAB) media for treatment of water was designed and produced.
2006-2010	Packaged STP, a patented process based on RBC Technology was launched, and an Injection Moulding Unit was installed, along with the manufacturing of splash grids. Under the supervision of BVQI, the company obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification. For the first time in India, drift eliminators were tested for drift loss performance in line with CTI-ATC140 The company factory was moved to encompass 150% more space than the previous unit. An extrusion/calendering plant for the production of PP sheets was also added. Double walled Drift Eliminator DrifEl146 for big counterflow cooling towers was introduced. Extrusion capacity increased to 3200 tons per year and forming capacity went to 3750 tons per year.
2011 onwards	The company came up with a completely automated compounding weighing system. To fulfill commercial demands, the downstream equipment of the PVC and PP calendering lines was modified. uPVC fins and louvers were commercially produced and installed. WPC decking and cladding were introduced. High efficiency MBBR media with a surface area of 650 m2/m3 were launched.
