About Us

Pradeep Engg. Industries is leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of valve guides under the brand name “LIVIA” in India.  We started our journey in the year 1965 for manufacturing valve guides with the motive and belief in quality, service and customer satisfaction.

Within a short span of time we captured the market in stationary diesel oil engines through out the country. This encouraged us to venture into manufacturing of valve guides for automotive and earth moving machinery and gained popularity all over. Backed by rich industrial experience and robust infrastructure facility, we have been able to create a niche in this domain. Today, we are appreciated all over the world for our quality products.

Quality

We are equipped with modern foundry with chemical analysis laboratory to provide graded castings. The valve guides manufactured by us have Microstructure Pearlite Matrix with 5% max. Free ferrite, 5% max free carbide in cellular or discontinuous form and valve guide has hardness of 210-260 BHN range. Where required certain alloying material such as copper, molybendum or nickel may also be added. We have perfect in house tool room and complete machine shop to meet all standards and sizes.

Every valve guide manufactured by us is tailored to perfection under eagle’s eye of qualified engineers and supervisors.  Every valve guide is inspected individually during the process and at the final stage before shipment.
