How We Work?

The following steps are involved in getting our water legendary meters and controllers to clients:

Once the order is placed, it is processed and cleared for shipping.

Our delivery partner gets each order to clients as per schedule.

For installation our partner service providers are notified who visit the premises and install the product.

Once installed the product is activated using an application and the warranty period begins.

When it comes to offline orders of water distribution systems, we follow these steps:

Once we receive a request for quotation fee, we send a field application engineer to conduct a survey of the area.

The engineer conducts a thorough analysis of the project and provides a quotation.

Once the quotation is agreed to by customers, the purchase order is issued.

We now ship the order to clients which is followed by the installation and activation of the product after which the warranty period begins.

Post Sales Support

In order to make certain that our customers never face extended down times, we have set up a post sales support team that manages all product and service related issues. The steps involved in support are as follows:
