Kissui Metaliks & Steel PVT LTD, established in the year 2009 by our esteemed founder Mr. K. Chowdhury and Mr. Surinder Pal Singla , has attained a respectable position in this industry due to their thorough dedication and vision to reach a top position in the industry. Having years of experience in this field, our founders motivate us to take the company to new heights and thus achieve greatness. Using the most advanced technology in our top of the line machines, we aim at providing our clients with world-class products, A Manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter in nature, we have a team of professionals who conduct regular checks to ensure that every step in our production process is a flawless one and also that every item reaches he level of perfection. The various products produced my us include- Auto Exhaust, Heat Exchanger Tubes, Headrest Pipes and various auto application tubes of SS and CR pipes manufactured by TIG welding as well as high frequency welding - on a very modern and state of art technology of imported Korean mill.

We also pioneer in manufacturing very high D/T ratio i.e. - 10MM OD with 2MM thickness, 24.5MM OD on 0.28MM thickness and 15.88MM OD with 0.16MM thickness. We are one stop company having wide range of manufacturing SS Tubes from 4.78MM OD to 101MM OD pipe on thickness range from 0.16MM to 2.5MM.

Quality Assurance

We take immense pride in quality as well as workmanship of our products since are backed by detailed quality control procedures that include almost all the vital stages of stainless steel and pipe manufacturing processes. Specifically, there are primarily three important aspects in the quality control process of the piping manufacturing. Firstly, the incoming coil is rigorously assessed and tested to ascertain that it meets all the specific requirements and applications. After this, during the piping production, the welded steel pipe is visually analyzed for any cosmetic damages. Simultaneously, few pipe samples are collected for the physical validation and testing for compliance with clients requirements. At last, the completed welded steel pipe is subjected to other inspection procedure to ensure it meets all the required specifications and packaging requirements. The finished welded steel pipe is continuously monitored throughout the manufacturing process to make sure that they are at par with all the applicable specifications. "
