Khare Engineers and Consultants was incepted by the late Sh. C. R. Khare a qualified mechanical engineer. He started his professional journey with Modern Bakeries (India) Limited as an engineering supervisor in 1978. He pursued his interest in the bakery industry and gained global exposure by working with Alhasa Bakery in Saudi Arabia as project manager until 1981.He also joined Blue Bird Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. as a maintenance engineer in 1988. Then in 1989 he founded his bakery plant manufacturing firm under the name Khare Engineers and Consultants (KE&C).
