Mr. Ayush Jain opened IC India in the year 2006 with a capital investment of approx. Rs. 2-3 crore to serve global market with an innovative product lines. The New Delhi (India) based Manufacturer, Exporter, Supplier & Trader offers Investment Casting Products, Sand Casting, Glass & Steel Fitting and Spider Fitting. We also offer products like Orthopedic Equipments, Fire Fighting Equipments and Hardware for Automobile, Pump and many more industries. We also provide dynamic hip compression plate with dynamic compression holes.

Our company uses premium materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc., combines with proven design results in high strength and great performance. We are also offering an extended range of all our products in various types for specific applications in different industries. The fire hydrant landing valve painted red, covered by plastic caps is developed in standard size and is identified based on its material of construction, inlet, outlet, size and test pressure. It is used in fire brigade department to connect their hose for fire fighting purpose.

The proprietorship concern incorporates an advanced ferrous and non-ferrous foundry along with a modern machining facility, wherein, a healthy and happy working environment is maintained. For the execution of our business operations, we have qualified and experienced 45 people, who are provided with regular training, which gives them an opportunity to advance their skills.

We have necessary equipment, tools and personnel to execute these processes and produce different metallic parts.

The sand casting is done in our foundry using silica sand, mold, kiln/oven, ladle, block of metal, etc. During sand casting process, our personnel wear personal protective equipment, as their safety is our concern. Initially, sand mold is created, when it is ready for the molding, then metal is melted in furnace and then ladled and poured into its cavity. When the melted metal cools down and becomes solid, the sand mold is broken and removed by using hammer. This process is advantages, as it allows us to form complex shapes, use many material, all at low cost. We use this process to manufacture automobile components.

In investment casting process, a wax pattern is used to create a ceramic mold. The wax pattern is coated with ceramic slurry, and once ceramic material is hardened, the wax is melted out and molten metal is poured in the hollow ceramic shell. When the metal is solidifies into the shape of the final casting, mold is broken. This process enables the creation of accurate and high surface finish parts, which can be pipe fittings, hand tools, etc.

Both the processes are efficient and re-use the sand and wax. In addition, we conduct quality assurance methods to ensure each product's accurate specifications. All products created and tested in-house are packaged in quality material to account for storage and transport.
