Quality is the base of all activities at Petonia Foods right from procurement of raw food items, fruits, etc. till the processing and packaging stage. Adherence to FPO and HACCP standards ensure that the end products are high in quality and superior in taste. We employ strict quality control measures so that the best Indian food items are delivered to our valued clients.

To maintain the purity of the food products, we avoid harmful sprays and solutions. We also reject blemished, immature and curled fruits as well as vegetables at the procurement stage itself. The transportation process is carried out at night to maintain cool temperature of the raw food stuff.

Our quality supervisors evaluate the quality of all products before they are finally packed. Random samples from the batches of production are taken for testing and microbiological analysis. The quality of our ready-to-eat foods & cooked & canned food are checked for purity, nutrition value, taste, and shelf life.

Infrastructure

A state of the art infrastructure is the backbone of Petonia Foods. The manufacturing and processing unit is equipped with modern machines and equipment facilitating smooth and prompt production.  Spread over an area of 1000 sq metre, our latest machines aid us in bulk production and help us in meeting the ever changing demands of our esteemed customers.

Raw food is processed by applying advanced technology keeping the quality guidelines in concern. Few of the machines installed at our unit include Fruit Washers, Ovens, Refrigerators, etc.
