In this world, nothing can get wasted if one decides to use it. Even the by-products, scrap and production left can be used and this process helps people in disposing off the waste in landfills. Guhan Export is a new name in the race of re-cycling production waste. The company makes available Cotton Yarn Waste, Cotton Thread Waste, Banian Yarn Waste, and Tube Cotton Waste to companies for re-use. Our company is working as a manufacturer & exporter of aforesaid left-overs/ by-products. By supplying 90% of the total range to overseas markets and rest in Indian markets, we are able to generate the revenue of Rs 50 Lakhs in last financial year.

All yarn or cotton waste collected in the company are sorted manually by personnel and they make sure it is free from foreign contaminants before packaging. The packaging is done in a way that the products reach to clients intact and free from foreign contaminants. Bales of by-products are wrapped in cotton cloth and secured with straps.

Quality Control

At our facility, personnel examine the sourced by-products for contaminants, as the cotton and yarn waste can easily get contaminated through manual loading and unloading and various other factors. The pre-shipment inspection involves checking samples from different lots, testing the samples and ensuring the cargo is standard packed, sealed and loaded safely in containers.
