SP Engineers manufactures custom-built Oil Circulating Systems (OCS) closed-loop lubrication systems designed for continuous, high-volume oil delivery to industrial machinery including gearboxes, rolling mills, paper machines, and steel plant equipment.

In an OCS, oil is pumped from a central reservoir to lubrication points under pressure, and then returned via a drain line back to the reservoir where it is filtered, cooled, and recirculated. This makes OCS ideal for applications requiring both lubrication and heat removal from bearings and gears.

Key components include a gear or screw pump (up to 500 LPM), fabricated oil reservoir (100 to 5000+ litres), in-line filter (10 micron onwards), oil cooler (shell & tube or plate type), pressure and temperature gauges and switches, flow switch, relief valve, and a control panel for automatic operation. All systems are supplied as skid-mounted, pre-piped and pre-wired units ready for connection to the parent machine.

Available in simplex or duplex configuration with automatic pump changeover. Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 at SP Engineers, Faridabad, Haryana.
