Our Production Process

Fabric Selection- Our professionals hand pick the fabrics in beautiful colors from reliable vendors in order to match the global market trends. The fabrics selected do not shrink, have no, weaving defects.
Cutting Section- Once the chosen fabric is delivered to our plant, it is further inspected before the process of cutting. The fabric is precisely cut according to the patterns, sorted by colour & referenced by series.
Assembly Section- Master tailors are assigned to control the sewing procedures. In order to avoid any dimensional difference, the measures and the cutting of finished products are carried out through 'Assembly Line' production concept.
Finishing Section- Garments having reached this stage undergo a Quality Control whereby the critical points of measure are controlled. We take the opportunity at this stage to recheck the general aspect of garments and track any possible defect.
Centralized Finishing Section- This is the last stage of our process. During ironing, the articles are controlled one more time before being packed into quality packaging material & dispatched.
