VICKY UPADHYAY is a versatile singer who belongs to Sultanpur (U.P.). He is based in Delhi for last 20 years. Vicky belongs from a Kasur Patiala Gharanaa . He was initiated and trained about keyboard, Harmonium and light singing by his Guru Shri Acharya R. Shreedhar Ji (Jaipur Gharana). He is getting classical training from his Gurus Ustad Majhar Ali Saheb and Jawab Ali Saheb (Grandson of Bade Gulam Ali Saheb). He feels proud to be trained by so talented Gurus. The journey of Vickya s musical life began before 15 years. In spite of performing in North India he also performed in South India, Gujarat, U.P., Rajasthan, M.P., Punjab and Bihar. He is performing in foreign since 2001. Vicky is a versatile singer. He sings all type of old and new songs, Ghajals and Sufi Geet. Music is his life and worship. He believes that the beauty of music is that it can and should gather a wide variety of concepts in a way that's universal. He strongly feels that the power of entertainment truly can make a difference in people's lives. Therefore my goal is to stop violence, drugs, crime and spread love, peace and build a level of cooperation, respects that develops our in heritage and culture among the younger generation. We then will be more than a community, we will become a family. Vicky has performed in Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mascot (Oman), Bangkok and Berrien.
