Infrastructure

Our
world class infrastructure is the backbone of our business
operations.The manufacturing base is located in Jalandhar, North of
India and covers total land of 35 acres. The factories are constructed
in 8 acres of area, leaving 27 acres of land that has been developed as
green area to save natural resources. The different production
processes in the manufacturing facility are streamlined to enable swift
production in bulk quantities. The raw materials like mild steel,
carbon steel, stainless steel, plastics, etc pass through different
stages that are monitored by our quality controllers. The machines
installed at our facility are of latest technology and include presses,
lathes, paint plant, grinders, shot blasting machines, etc. Our team of
engineers, designers, quality controllers, researchers and workers work
in close coordination to meet all the demands of the clients within the
stipulated time frame.
