About Us

The year was 1996. It was the beginning of our industry in the name Boon Metal & Alloys Corporation, with an aim to manufacture Low Carbon and Medium Carbon Ferro Manganese at a small place called Sarigam near Vapi in Gujarat. The motto was to cater to the needs of two giants in steel industry namely Essar Steel and Ispat Industries Ltd. who were located at a convenient and in close proximity of our plant. Today, Boon has become Team and the humble thinking of ferroalloys manufacturing has not only succeeded but has expanded to the level that it can offer complete alloying solutions to steel industry by way of not only specialized ferroalloys, bulk ferroalloys but specialty in the form of Cored Wire and Wire Feeding Equipments.

Our Silico Manganese manufacturing plant at Gondia (Maharashtra) has added advantage that 8 MW Biomass based power plant is working in the same premises & captive power is available for the production.

Our Motto

The prime function of Ferroalloys and Cored Wire in any steel industry is to achieve Deoxidation, Inclusion Modification, Macro and Micro alloying. Special categories of of our products are also available that cater to the specialized needs to the niche market.

The manufacturing facility at our plants is equipped with state of the art technology and full fledged research, development and testing facilities. Quality of the end product is our main plank. To achieve this we have a high tech laboratory to conduct all the tests on raw materials, process stage as well as finished products.
