Home Loan

Home loan is basically a secured loan, which can be taken from the lender after mortgaging the property. Once, the borrower repays the loan with the interest, the lender, which can be a bank or financial institution gives back the title or deed of the property. The maximum amount which a borrower can borrow depends upon his/her status, the type of home loan and financial institution. Maximum 80% to 100% of the property value is financed as per bank/NBFC Term and Conditions. The re-payment duration can be anywhere between 5-30 years. There are two type of interest rates- Floating Rate @ 9.50% To 9.65% and Fixed Rate @ 9.65% To 10.00% . Major financial institutions which provide home loans, include the following:

Loan Against Property
