manufacturing. We check quality of the products at every stage of
manufacturing. Our quality process has been hugely appreciated by all

The quality of our gauges has been widely
appreciated. It is an outcome of superior components that the gauges
are made of and their functional competence. The high level of quality
is achieved by an end-to-end monitoring and the examination conducted
to ascertain their functional competence. Firstly, the components
sourced from outside are checked by the quality inspectors. After
getting cleared, the components go ahead for manufacturing. The
manufacturing process unfolds under the watchful eyes of the
specialists. The gauges are again subjected to checking for overall
quality and accuracy.

Our Infrastructure

Machine: We
have a state-of-the-art infrastructure, with high quality and latest
machineries. The machines function with high level of time & cost
efficiency, resulting in reasonable prices for the customers. We have a
separate department, manned by experienced experts for product
inspection. Besides, we also have an extremely talented group of
R&D team whose motive is to serve and give you highly advanced new
products from time to time. We use the following machineries for
manufacturing process:

Lathe Machines
Crimping Machines
Auto Liquid Filling Machines.

Human Resources: We
have a team of qualified employees, working in
different units. The team is highly efficient and hardworking. Overall,
there are around 45 workers in our organization. Their work is
inspected by a highly qualified and professional management team.

Production
Capacity and Units
Generally, we manufacture 8000 pieces per month.
This is our average production and during peak periods, we manufacture
more products and as per order given to us by our buyers. Our units are located at the following;

Chhatral
Kolkata, West Bengal
Ambala Cantt. Haryana.

Raw Material Used
We use high quality S.S., M.S., Brass as our raw material. We
stringently check the quality of raw material and procure them from
reputed suppliers.
