Pallets are used as a base to support in storing and transporting of all types of goods in general. They are used for exporting grains, chemicals, pharmaceutical, perishables, food items, etc. Shree Umiya Timber Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of  Wooden Pallets and all types of Wooden Packing Material as per the specifications and drawings of the customers. We are in this field of manufacturing since 1989 and have been supplying our products to various corporate companies all over India, who are quite satisfied with our quality and services. As a result, we have been receiving constant repeat orders from them.

In today's scenario, wooden pallets play an important role for handling, storage and export of materials. Quality is embedded in our production procedure that facilitates us to offer premium products to our esteemed clients. Our quality conscious approach have helped us forge a long lasting relationship with a wide spectrum of customers and have also helped us acquire the membership of IPPC, SSI, Forest Department, Gujarat and Timber Market Federation, Ahmedabad. We are awaiting our ISO 9001:2000 certification and will be very soon equipped with quality control laboratory for the production of eco-friendly pallets.

Specialization

As per International Standards law, all softwood and hardwood raw wood
packaging material such as wooden pallets, skids and wood related
packing material are covered under International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM-15). We are glad to state that we
have been certified and approved with ISPM-15. The code number assigned for
our heat treatment facility is IN-007 (HT) conferred by Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage (Dte of PPQS), Ministry of Agriculture Department (Government of India). Our endeavor is to
provide premium quality packaging solutions at competitive rates within
the committed time and meeting the exact demands of the clients.

Our Quality
Quality, durability and reliability have been the hallmark of our products. We are outfitted with digital moisture meter, measurement tape and other equipment to check the quality of our products. All our products pass through elaborate quality checks to ensure elimination of defects, if any, in the initial stage itself. This ensures that the final product meets the international standards of quality and safety. We lay special emphasis on the procurement of the raw materials like pine wood, babool wood, neem wood, etc. and they are sourced only from the reputed and well established suppliers and distributors. We get all the work done manually under strict supervision of qualified professionals so that there is no probability left for negligence or quality compromise.

Our Infrastructure
We are into this business for a long time and we have developed a quality management with a remarkable manufacturing unit. With state of the art infrastructure, we are able to execute our business operation efficiently and effectively. Our inhouse manufacturing unit is complacent with ultra modern machineries comprising two vertical band saws, one horizontal band saw, sanding machines, four side planning machine, vacuum pressure chemical treatment plant, kiln drying (seasoning plant), etc. A spacious warehouse, having the capability to store bulk amount of products as per the changing requirements of the market, has always been the backbone of Shree Umiya Timber Industries.
