Our History

In the late 90, when Indian economy opened up and the country got exposed to the tourism sector which gradually came to full bloom, it was then that a lot of tourists visited India and vice-e-versa and got to taste the different cuisines. The rise in tourism sectors opened up the gateway to whole lot of food chains and restaurants where we got knowledge about varied cuisines from across the globe. It was during this time that we came in the picture as one stop solution for most authentic condiments and ingredients that were sourced from original International manufacturers to meet the requirement of Gourmet Food Establishments in the country. In 1997, Rodaaji Company was established by Mr. Lalit Asrani with an objective to make available genuine range of ingredients to Gourmet Food Establishments. Through the business, we always strive to represent the global brands and act as one stop shop for food chains, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and more. Prior to this, Mr. Asrani was also involved in exporting Mushrooms, Almonds, Walnuts, Saffron, and other products to Europeans countries. Even then, the company, Dewanchand Dholandas & Co., was accounted for highest turnover in Food Export, and too for six years consecutively. It has also been awarded the prestigious "APEDA food export award” by the government of India.

Assuring Food Safety

Now you can relish any dish of any country by just using our products that are sourced from certified and authentic vendors. Providing the clients with best quality products has been the main objective of our commencement in the industry. But in the quest to deliver taste we do not forget the quality and ensure it is maintained across the varied stages. We aim at delivering safe to consume products from across the regions in the world. We ensure to monitor our vendor products and facilities by plant inspection, asking them maintenance report of the processing plants, independent finished product testing through certified and accredited laboratories.

Maintaining Hygiene at Our Warehouse

In New Delhi, we have spacious warehouse, spreading over an area of  4500 square feet as well as a cold room space of 300 square feet. In Mumbai, we have a warehousing space of 1750 square feet, which helps us to deliver our products to customers easily. We also have authorized distributors, who serve as our stockiest, enabling us to maintain Pan Indian delivery of our products. 

We have hygienically maintained warehouse where we can store a range of products safely till these are dispatched at the clients end. Our capacious storage facility is hygienic and temperature controlled to ensure that all the edible are fresh till these reach the final destination. Further, we assure of keeping this space neat and clean to eradicate any possibility of food contamination and spoilage. In addition to this, the products are also nicely packaged to assure longer shelf-life and quality.
