If a user installs a key safe box he/she can rest assured that the keys will be securely stored and that no one who has access to the home will ever take them out of the box. Instead of handing over physical keys a user may just share the key safe's access code with loved ones. To let someone into the home all a user has to do is give them the code. Having a key safe eliminates the need for a user to get up from wherever a user is when the doorbell rings making it much more convenient for the caretakers to gain entry to the house.
