Q. What temperature range does a refrigerated container have?
Answer
The refrigerated containers have a capacity of controlling the temperature in the range of −85 °F i.e., −65 °C to 104 °F i.e., 40 °C. Some refrigerated containers are equipped with a cooling system (water). The main reason for this is when the material stored in a container is kept below the deck where there is no proper or adequate ventilation responsible for the removal of the heat, thereby cooling systems are installed alongside. During the transit of the containers, diesel generators are often used for power.
