Keep this medication in its original container well-closed and out of children's reach. Keep it at normal temperature away from severe heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Clindamycin liquid should not be refrigerated since it thickens and becomes difficult to pour. After two weeks discard any unused clindamycin liquid.
