Although the dosage & timing totally depend on your doctor’s prescription you can have it in the morning (if 1 tablet/day) an hour before your meal or have one in the morning & one in the evening (if 2 tablets/day). Don’t chew or crush it simply swallow tablets with a glass of drinking water.
