MSME is an acronym for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. The Government of India passed the relevant Act in agreement with the MSMED (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development) Act of 2006. This Act lays down that MSMEs are those small enterprises that process produce and preserve goods and commodities.
