Jacquard fabric is a type of fabric wherein the yarns or threads are weaved into the fabric directly to craft a particular design. It is not printed embroidered or dyed fabric. The fabric was invented by Joseph Marie Jacquard who thought of weaving yarns on to different kinds of fabrics.
