In terms of capacity to discharge solar batteries and normal batteries are poles apart. Power tools and inverter batteries have a c20 rating or above. That's why shouldn't use it for anything but keeping it charged for at least 10 hours before discharging it. As a result solar batteries may be charged and used repeatedly while ordinary batteries can only be charged once and are typically utilized during prolonged blackouts.
