Dapsone is an antibiotic used in combination with other drugs (clofazimine and rifampicin) to treat leprosy. It is also used to prevent and treat pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP); and for the prevention of toxoplasmosis (parasite disease) in people who have poor immune system.
