Follow the instructions:First, locate the screws that are securing the fan and unscrew them so that a user can flip the fan over and get to both sides.Taking off the fan's sticker. Lift the fan from the shaft by prying the split ring off with a tool.Spread some oil along the inside of the fan's rim to keep it running smoothly. Turn it until it resembles a wet sponge.When reinstalling the fan into the bearing and snapping on the split ring, check that the o-ring is still in place.Spinning the fan while adding a few droplets of lubricant to the split ring might help.
