The Indian market is over run with Chinese rice lights. These rice lights come in various wattages power colour and lengths. They could be as little as 5 W with 100 LED light in a string or even longer with various decorative shapes such as Christmas Stars Hearts etc. India does not have a big manufacturing market of LED lights and since the cost of labour is very cheap in China Indian products are unable to match the low price of Chinese products. Rice lights can be a good business if you can source quality products from China or Taiwan and resell in India.
