Answer

Polyethylene has a very hard structure that does not allow this material to decompose. Since the material is very cheap which makes it a widely used product it also creates the problem of managing the waste. Plastic waste is a major concern today because of the pollution of land mountains rivers and seas with this indecomposable material.
